From Friday, October 2nd until Tuesday, October 13th, completion of in-house maintenance and repair work will be limited to RESTRINGS ONLY.

Set-up and Maintenance

We offer a free set-up service for any guitar that you've purchased through us.
This includes intonation, truss-rod adjustment, and string action.  We also offer free maintenance and string changes (strings not included) for the first year following your purchase from us of any new guitar.

Please contact us with any guitar maintenance needs, regardless of whether or not it's one you've bought through us.

Repairs

We also invite you to contact us with any repair needs. We will address the majority of these in-house and can also outsource to our partnership of trusted local technicians on a case-by-case basis.

Lessons

Alan is not offering tuition at present so he can focus on sales and repairs. However, we are committed to creating and maintaining strong links within the talented local music community and can put you in touch with a range of other tutors depending on your needs, ability, location, and ambitions.
