Loyalty = 2.5% credit on most items purchased in person
Student Discount = 3% point of sale discount on most items for students with ID
VIP Discount = 5% point of sale discount on most items for customers who have cumulatively spent £1000 or more in person (replaces Loyalty)

UK ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Shipping is £10 for most guitars and amps delivered to a UK address.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please do CONTACT US beforehand to ensure that you are not charged for UK tax, and that your shipping is also calculated correctly.

Please also remember that you may be charged import duties/taxes by your home country's Customs authority.
