Loyalty = 2.5% credit on most items purchased in person
Student Discount = 3% point of sale discount on most items for students with ID
VIP Discount = 5% point of sale discount on most items for customers who have cumulatively spent £1000 or more in person (replaces Loyalty)

UK ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Shipping is £15 for most guitars and amps delivered to a UK address.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: If you are placing an order from outside the UK, you should not be charged for UK tax. If you have any questions about this, or want to ensure that you are being charged correctly for shipping, please CONTACT US before finalising your order.

Please also remember that you may be charged import duties/taxes by your home country's Customs authority.
