We can still process online orders during that time, but there may be slight delays in shipping them out to you. Set-ups, repairs, and maintenance will resume in the new year.

Please also be aware that any orders placed after December 18th 2025 may not be fulfilled before Christmas.

Loyalty = 2.5% credit earned on most items and in-house services purchased in person
Student Discount = 3% point of sale discount on most items for students with ID
VIP Discount = 5% point of sale discount on most items for customers who have cumulatively spent £1000 or more in person (replaces Loyalty)

UK ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Shipping is £10 for most guitars and amps delivered to a UK address.

OVERSEAS ONLINE CUSTOMERS: If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please do CONTACT US beforehand to ensure that you are not charged for UK tax, and that your shipping is also calculated correctly.

Please also remember that you may be charged import duties/taxes by your home country's Customs authority.
